COMMIT TO GET FIT
*The Commit to Get Fit exercise class is on a hiatus. Enjoy walking, hiking, cycling and other activities this Spring & Summer. The exercise classes will resume in October.
Tuesday & Thursdays, starting at 6:30p.m. (not operating from May - October)
The Commit to Get Fit program is a FREE 30 - 45 minute, co-ed, exercise program for all fitness levels. Open to anyone over the age of 16 years, this program is designed for a full body workout. We use stationary exercise equipment, circuit training and exercise videos. Bring runners, bottled water, wear comfortable clothing.

SENIOR CONGREGATE WEEKLY MEAL PROGRAM
Mondays, doors open at 4:45 p.m.
The Woodridge Community Club is offering hot, nutritionist suppers for Seniors (55+ years) for a nominal fee ($10), every Monday. Doors open at 4:45pm and supper is served at 5:30pm. Reservations are required. For more information or to reserve a spot, contact Jackie for details 204-429-3124.

Join your friends and neighbours in a free, fun afternoon of board and card games, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball and more . . . or just sit back & visit with a cup of coffee.

MOM & TOTS PLAY GROUP​
Every Thursday morning from 10am - Noon. Connect with other moms for support and conversation and offer toddlers the chance to make new friends and have some fun playing with toys, games and crafts.
